How does supplying playbills to the smaller off-Broadway theaters work? Does the theater have to have a certain base of subscribers in order for Playbill to want to supply them with playbills? Are operations like Musicals Tonight, Cherry Lane, and Vineyard Theatre too small or do they just prefer to do their own thing?
