Question for ryhog

Or anyone else who'd like to take a stab at it. I mention ryhog because he (or she) seems to have extensive knowledge of the business/numbers side of things.

I was wondering why the ratio between the average ticket price and top ticket price for DEH is so low compared to other hits (and not hits.)

Specifically:

DEH $209/ $397
Hamilton $281/ $849
Hello Dolly $191/$748
Ground Hog Day (???) $88/$375
Kinky Boots $122/$399

Looking at these comparisons, wouldn't you expect that DEH's premiums would be selling for at least $500 or so?
