There was the beginning of one years ago It was in front of a hotel on Broadway somewhere in the 40's on the west side of the street. There were a few medallions embedded in the sidewalk. I remember Helen Hayes was one of the honorees.. Suddenly they were gone as mysteriously as they had appeared.
