Is someone out at Clyde's? I've been on hold for 45 minutes

I was interested in doing the Clyde's simulcast, and I was hoping to find it if anyone is out or if there are any planned future absences. I've literally been on hold for 45 minutes, which makes me think someone is out and they are overloaded with trying to call subscribers to re-schedule them. Does anyone know if someone is out? Thanks in advance!
