I would assume that the chili and cornbread idea was something that worked well enough at Circle, but that would not transfer well to proscenium touring houses. :-)
I only wish that the audience at Once On This Island could have had some of the awesome food Alex Newell was cooking up before the show started. I was sitting in that section, and it sure smelled good...;-)
